Paper class: INR 9,000. Strong electronic bias.

Foreigners need a licensed Indian agent. Their fees: INR 8,000–20,000 (~SAR 350–900).

Total per mark: SAR 1,500–2,000 — much cheaper than Saudi Arabia or UAE.
